Basically, the user should indicate the url that they want shown on their facebook profile. Once they click a button saying "publish page on facebook", and are authenticated, the app should install a page/tab (that points to the provided url) and post a message to their wall. The user should also have an option to un-publish the page/tab How it should behave when complete (Completion Checklist) 1.
